We are seeking an enthusiastic Optician or Optometric Assistant to join our team. Daily job responsibilities include: 
  • Spectacle and contact lens sales: assisting patients in selecting the appropriate eyewear to meet their needs. 
  • Booking appointments: Managing the appointment schedule to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Pretesting, visual fields and OCT scans: Conducting preliminary tests to prepare patients for their eye examinations as well as any additional testing required.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player, who has excellent communication skills and customer service experience. While experience in the optometric industry is an asset, we are willing to train an individual with the right personality and eagnerness to learn. 

We are hiring for a full time position with no evening or weekend shifts. Hourly wage is to be determined based on relevant experience. Opportunity exists for growth and additional training - we are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to continued learning and is willing to take on additional tasks and roles in the office.

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing and treating visual problems, and managing diseases, injuries, and disorders of the eyes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive eye and vision examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and injuries.

Type of Location: Plaza with banks, fast food, medical offices, and retail stores. Free Parking.

Type of Equipment: EMR, OCT, FC, Olleyes VF, NCT, Medmont CT, and automated phoropter and lensometer. All pretesting is done by experienced staff.

Schedule: Open 7 days a week, evenings & weekends, 2 exam lanes.
