We are looking for a friendly, approachable and detail oriented candidate to join our growing team.
This is a part time, on-site role.
 
The job description includes:
-Optical lab edging
-Quality control - checking lab orders for accuracy
-Offering expertise in the dispensary areas of frame selection, lens selection and dispensing to patients.
-Frame adjustment and repairs
-Educating patients about proper eyewear care and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Ensuring accurate record keeping, managing patient invoicing, payments and insurance billings
 
Part time position with an average of 20 hours a week, Tuesday evening (until 7:30 pm) availability is mandatory. PAttention to detail and excellent customer service is required.
 
 
Qualifications
  • Licensed Optician or Certified Optometric Assistant is a plus
  • Strong customer service and satisfaction skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
  • Knowledge of optics
Wages are commensurate with education and experience
