Welcome to our optometry practice originally established in 1981 in the City of Orillia. The office has been recently renovated and relocated to the 4th floor of a 4 storey building. They share this floor with 1 family doctor, respirologist and mid-wife practice. It is easy to manage full dispensing office with 1 doctor and 3 employees. They see approximately 40 new patients every month with reliable revenue and cash-flow. The office is approximately 1400 sq feet with 2 exam rooms, OCT room, office, kitchenette and private bathroom. The building has its own parking lot with ample parking for patients and staff. They are fully wheelchair accessible. They operate Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5 pm and Friday 8:30 to 4 pm. The doctor is willing to stay on part time for 2 years if needed. The full appraisal package is available who are willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
