Victoria, BC Temporary Full-time 0-2 years

I am looking for a candidate who is interested in exploring whether Victoria is the place for them to settle down in an assocate position, which may lead to full ownership. This unique opportunity is to take the practice for a test drive for a month, starting October 14, 2025 and ending November 11, 2025. During that time period, I will be taking the trip of a lifetime, so I will need someone to jump in and continue providing quality eye care for our patients. Applicants must be board certified to practice in British Columbia. If your fresh out of school, don't worry, my friendly and experienced staff will be here to help. I am looking for a business minded Optometrist (having a BCom or MBA degree would be helpful but not necessary) so that the long term goals for the practice can be realized as the baton gets passed from myself to the next owner. There will be no pressure to continue as an associate in the practice once the locum work is finished November 11th. My need for an OD to cover me when I am travelling is most important, but if it translates into a permanent associate position, that would be a excellent!
