Job Description

The Role : we are seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist who is motivated, patient-focused, and interested in long-term growth.

• Opportunity to eventually purchase and take over the practice
• Owner willing to step back to 2–3 days per week over time
• Remuneration based on a percentage of gross, to be determined

• Contact lens practice is currently underdeveloped—a great opportunity for an associate interested in growing this.

Our clinic is fully paperless and equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including: EMR system, Optos imaging, new Topcon fundus camera , OCT, Octopus Visual Field Analyzer, etc. 

• 1,600 sq. ft. clinic
• 2 fully equipped exam lanes

Our team: you will be supported by a collaborative and welcoming team, including an frame stylist and a front desk specialist. We value teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy, and we are looking for someone who will complement our dynamic clinic culture.

We maintain excellent working relationships with Ophthalmologists in Brockville and Cornwall (each approximately 30 minutes away), as well as access to strong hospital facilities. We work collaboratively to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
