Responsibilities
· Deliver comprehensive eye exams and personalized patient care.
· Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
· Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care.
· Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
· Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
· Licensed and in good standing with the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A patient-first mindset with a collaborative and ethical approach.
· Demonstrated commitment to long-term patient relationships within the practice.
