South Shore Eye Clinic has continually been on the leading edge of optometric services for both rural and urban Nova Scotia. We have fully trained and competent support staff including an office manager, optometric assistants, opticians and a contact lens fitter. Doctors routinely see a wide range of pathologies and are supported by 2 local ophthalmologists. Among our core services, we focus on progressive myopia management and dry eye disease.

Our pre-testing and diagnostic instrumentation include Optomap, OCT, Humphrey’s Visual Fields, topographer and anterior segment camera. Our fully networked systems include use of EMR. We also have a full time edging lab onsite. Our extensive dispensary rivals the most cutting edge, fashion forward dispensaries in Atlantic Canada.

We are happy to offer competitive and flexible contracts including a generous guaranteed salary of $200,000 per year with no weekends.
